PM SuccessR Refund Policy

Any user who enrolls into our complete set Simulated Tests and fails the PMP/CAPM exam will be totally refund. But this doesn’t include:
   
 
1. Those who don’t follow our suggested procedures, and those who don’t finish all the simulated tests required.
     
2. Those who prepared for the PMP test, and took the Simulated Test of 200 Questions for Four Hours (II) and failed to score over 70%. Or those who prepared for the CAPM test, and failed to score over 60% for the Simulated Test of 150 Questions for Three Hours (II)
   
  When you apply for a refund, just make a scan of your Exam Report letter and email it to us. We will then promptly return your payment.
